LOCATION:

Feel free to use portable CD player on back porch---extension cord plugs into outside outlet---for music while in hot tub or while using picnic table on back porch.

Outside light above hot tub can be turned on/off by using covered switch on opposite wall, above hot tub (but pls remember to turn off).
 
TV and CD player in downstairs room can keep kids occupied while you use the high def big screen (or the stereo) in the large room upstairs.
 
Note that Cuckoo Clock has settings so that you can turn off the cuckoo at night.
 
Full kitchen (with coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge), adjacent dining table and laundry room are convenient for families.
 
Upstairs deck and windows give great views of trees---they sound good too (in the wind).
 
Back deck barbecue plugs into gas line (don't forget to unplug and cap outlet after use).
 
Swedish fireplace (looks like Darth Vader's helmet) upstairs will keep large room warm. (Marshmallow stakes are hanging on wall behind it.)
 
There are humidifiers in the laundry room; in kids bedroom, pls cover small bookcase with plastic bag or something similar and then put on top, directed away from bed

(or portion of bed can get soggy). In other bedroom, put on small green plastic stand (directed away from bed).
 
Nightlite in bathroom is convenient (at night, of course).
 
No phone (so bring your cell or blackberry).
 
Trash must be taken to central facility (to control bear/wildlife), but it is v.v.close----turn left on Snow Summit Blvd; go down a block and turn right (can't go any further) and look for entrance on left (another block).
